I started working on one of my classes I purchased at Craftsy.  This particular class is called “Crocheting in the Round“.  It is the 2nd class that I have taken from Stacey Trock.  She offers the best classes with amazing instructions and videos.Here is my first attempt at starting one of the hats.  I was working on my gauge and found it to be too big my first time around.  I was using a Size 5/H needle.

I switched to a size 4/G needle and was able to get the proper gauge.

The crown of my hat worked up really nice.  This should turn out to be a nice size beanie.

I wanted to practice changing the colors in the round on this project so I did a row of hearts.  I really liked the purple so I decided to end the hat on that color.  Overall, I was happy with the pattern and the finished hat.
