The family took an early morning trip to IKEA to try out their breakfast.  We have been there many times for lunch but always seem to miss the breakfast cut off.  Our mission today was to get there early and try out their $2.00 breakfast deal.  The meal included: eggs, pancakes, potatoes and sausage.  We also ordered a few sides of crispy bacon.  I think I like their pancakes even more than their lunch meatballs.  As usual, we ended up getting some nice items for the house.  I don’t think I have ever left that store empty handed.

On the way home we stopped off at a movie theater we heard about to watch “The Secret Life of Pets”.  The whole experience was just wonderful.  The theater offered free refills of popcorn and pop, but the real delight was the…………SEATS.  All the seats were recliners.  I think it was the first time I didn’t shift all over in my seat during a movie.  I can’t believe that theaters have not thought of this before.  It is going to be very difficult going back to regular movie seats.

All in all, it was another perfect day with the WHOLE family.
