It took me over a year, but I finally finished up this blanket for my husband.  I started this cosy blanket in January of last year.  Check it out right HERE.  I took a few more photos as I got further into the blanket HERE.  And HERE are photos of the project about 3 months into it.

I had a lot of starts and stops on this blanket throughout the year. I had many projects come up in between and ran out of yarn twice. I live in the U.S. but purchased this particular yarn from England. There was definitely some down time in between shipments.  If you want to make a soft blanket in DK weight yarn, Stylecraft is definitely the way to go.  You can find a great selection and price at the WOOL WAREHOUSE.

This blanket was a lot of work but it shows him how much I love him.
