If you haven’t guessed by now, zoos are my family’s favorite places to explore.  Whenever we go on vacation, we check and see if there are any zoos around to visit.  I wish we could visit all of them in the United States.

I think the only time we missed out on a zoo was when we took a trip to Kentucky to pick up our new puppy.  We stayed at the local KOA in Louisville for a few days which was located very close to the Louisville Zoo.  Since we had our dog Liam and our new puppy Sawyer, we weren’t able to check out that particular zoo. It is still on my list to visit one of these days.
