I finished up a knitted baby blanket I was making for one of my daughter’s friends.  She was having a girl so I thought these colors would be perfect.  The finished blanket turned out even better than I hoped it would.  It is just so soft and pretty.  I hope baby HQ will get lots of use out of this lovely blanket.

This blanket was made using a crib-blanket-afghan pattern by Ann Norling.  I used the E-1 pattern with the garter stitch edge.  The finished blanket was about 46″x46″ since I made the actual blanket size vs. the crib or afghan size.  You can find the pattern HERE on Ravelry.
I used the Universal Yarn in Uptown DK Colors.  I chose the color “bouquet”.  You can find the Universal Yarn HERE.
